Important conference update
Virtual Programming at NACBS 2025
The NACBS 2025 annual meeting will pilot a day of virtual programming in order to accommodate conference participants who are unable to travel to Montreal. The virtual component of the annual conference will consist of paper presentations, discussions, and roundtable conversations over Zoom, following the same format as our in-person meeting. It will take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
Those wishing to participate in the virtual event should submit a proposal through the regular annual meeting submissions process. We will accept both panel and individual paper proposals, and proposals will be evaluated through the same process as the in-person event. Submitters will be asked to indicate if they are applying to the in-person or the virtual schedule, and must choose one of these options.
As this is an inaugural event, space will be limited. Access to the virtual programming will be included in the registration fee for the in-person event. A reduced registration fee will be required of those presenting at the virtual event, or wishing to participate in it without attending the in-person event.
